| Meet The ICAP Team! Our Founders Mark Masi, a licensed clinical psychologist, became inspired to help Italian Americans apply for dual citizenship after he obtained his citizenship with Italy. Raised in a bi-lingual, bi-cultural family, Dr. Masi has furthered his proficiency in Italian by completing advanced language courses both in the U.S. and in Italy. He has obtained the CILS-Certficazione in Italiano come Lingua Stranieri (Certification in Italian as a Foreign Language) by the Univeristy of Siena; the CILS is recognized by the Italian Government through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Dr. Masi holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, and as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, maintains a private practice and is also an Adjunct Faculty Member at National Louis University. Dedicated to helping individuals successfully complete their Italian dual citizenship applications, he is in charge of U.S. Naturalization Record Search, U.S. Vital Record and Apostille Services, and offers Consultation on Dual Citizenship requirements. Domenico Meschino, a native of Itri (LT) Italy, completed his graduate studies in Political Science from the University of Rome “La Sapienza" and served as an officer in the Italian Army. He then came to the U.S. where he furthered his studies and obtained a Master's Degree in Elementary Education at Northern Illinois University, and a Master's Degree Administrative Leadership at DePaul University. He is employed as an elementary school teacher and is a former college instructor of the Italian language and culture. In addition to teaching Italian Level 1-4 at a Community College, he has taught Italian at several private institutions. Dottor Meschino has provided professional Italian-English translation for the past several years, and is committed to using his expertise in the Italian language and culture to help Italian Americans obtain dual citizenship with Italy. Dott. Meschino oversees Translation Services and Italian Vital Record Procurement, and is our liaison to the Italian Consulates in the United States. Our Legal Consultant Antonio Meschino is a 1962 Law School graduate from the Univeristy of Rome, "La Sapienza" who has over 30 years of experience as an attorney in Italy. Dottor Meschino has a solid background in working as a legal consultant to Italian companies, and is highly acclaimed as a consumer advocate, defending the legal rights of individuals. A teacher of the English language in the Province of Latina, Italy, Dottor Meschino serves as ICAP's legal advisor and reviews translations of all legal documents. Our Client Service Coordinator Anna Masi-Finzel brings to ICAP her expertise in human relationships to assist our prospective clients in selecting the service that they need in order to prepare their Applications for Italian Citizenship and schedules all of our telephone consultations. As a first generation Italian American, Anna is fluent in Italian and maintains strong ties with her family in Italy. Our Italian Translation Consultants Melania Muzzio is a native of Sicily, Italy who received her Masters Degrees in Italian and Modern Literature from Ca' Fiscari di Venezio and is a resident of the US. A seasoned translator of US and Italian documents, Melania assists us in translating U.S. and Italian Vital Records. Andrea Di Camillo is an Italian-American who received her Master's Degree in Italian Language and Literature from the University of Florence, and is a former free lance translator for RAI Corporation. Andrea assists us in translating U.S. Vital Records and in proof reading translations. Eleanora Valore is a native of Rome, Italy who received her Bachelor's Degree from Columbia College, Chicago, IL. and is a resident of the US. Highly proficient in both English and Italian, Eleonora assists with translations of US Vital Records and Italian Documents, and serves as our liaison with the Italian Consulates in the US and Abroad. Our Procurement Consultants in Italy Luisa Conte is an expert in working with the Public Sources of the Italian Comuni and Provinicial Archives and is a real asset to our success in obtaining birth, marriage, and death certificates throughout all regions of Italy. Luisa resides in Itri, Latina, Italy. Lorena Trapasso uses her experience in obtaining legal documents in Italy to obtain birth, marriage, and death records for our clients from all regions in Italy. Lorena resides in Santa Maria, Catanzaro, Italy. Our Court Records Consultant Catherine (Cardamagnani) Grainger earned her law degree from the University of Colorado in 1989 and has extensive knowledge of the U.S. Court System. Ms. Grainger assists us in communicating with the courts nationwide and in obtaining court records such as divorce decrees, certificates of no divorce appeal, and other records for our clients. She is in the process of obtaining her dual citizenship with Italy and an Italophile to the core. With a conversational knowledge of Italian, Ms. Grainger maintains strong ties with her family in Italy, and has travelled the country extensively. Our Intern Samuel is a college student at De Paul University majoring in International Business with a minor in Italian, and holds dual citizenship with Italy.
